“Creating meaningful artwork that encourages reflection, connection, and emotional understanding.”

About

I create contemporary paintings inspired by nature, emotion, and the shared experiences that connect all living beings.

For many years, my work was centred on caring for others. Painting gradually became another way of doing that—not by offering answers, but by creating space for reflection. It has taught me to recognise my own emotions, to see myself with greater honesty, and to understand that quiet moments of awareness can be deeply meaningful.

Animals are at the heart of much of my work because I see them as fellow living beings whose emotional lives invite us to reflect on our own. Through wildlife and abstraction, I explore themes of connection, vulnerability, resilience, and presence.

I don't create paintings to tell people what to feel. I hope each work offers a quiet encounter—an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and perhaps feel seen.

If someone walks away carrying a quiet emotional ripple that stays with them long after they've left the painting, then it has fulfilled its purpose.

A Continuing Journey

Every painting marks a moment in my journey as an artist.

From landscapes to wildlife and abstraction, my artistic journey continues to evolve, but my intention remains the same—to create paintings that invite reflection, connection and presence.

I don't see my work as reaching a destination. I see it as an ongoing conversation with nature, with emotion, and with myself.

I look forward to discovering where that conversation leads next.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my studio. I hope my work brings a moment of reflection wherever life finds you.
